Hemp wholegrain flour
Our wholegrain flour is obtained from pressing oil from hemp seeds. More than 40 % or the flour consists of insoluble fibers, which are an integral part of a healthy diet. It also contains over 40 % natural vegetable protein – rich in vitamins and minerals that make for good taste and a healthy body and mind. Wholegrain hemp flour is used for baking bread, pastries, pancakes and other types of dough. The wholegrain hemp flour may also be mixed with other types of flours – up to 30 % hemp flour. The flour can also be used as a healthy and tasty alternative for thickening soups and sauces. The wholegrain flour degrades and oxidizes fast and should be stored in a cool and dry place and used within 30 days after opening. Does not contain gluten, salt, starch or other allergens.
