KONOPLJINO MLEKO

Za vse ki iščete alternativo kravjemu mleku - preprost recept za pripravo konopljinega mleka! 

Potrebujemo: 

  • 120g konopljinih semen
  • 450ml vode
  • 1 jušna žlica agavinega sirupa
  • 1/2 čajne žličke vanilijeve esence

Vse sestavine miksamo v električnem mešalniku na visoki hitrosti cca. 20 sekund. Tako pripravljen napitek lahko hranimo v dobro zaprti steklenici v hladilniku do 3 dni. 

KONOPLJIN KRUH

Potrebujemo:

  • 800 g polnovredne moke (pšenične, pirine)
  • 200 g mletih konopljinih semen
  • sol
  • 15 g suhega kvasa ali pol zavitka svežega
  • malo sladkorja
  • olje
  • 6 dcl vode

Kvas, malo tople vode in sladkor zmešamo ter počakamo da se zmes dvigne. Moko zmešamo z mletimi konopljinimi semeni soljo. Vmešamo kvas ter preostalo vodo. Voda naj bo topla, vendar ne prevroča, saj tako testo prej vzhaja, ne želimo pa uničiti kvasovk. Testo damo počivati na toplo mesto brez prepiha, dokler ne vzhaja do vrha 5 litrske posode. Pekač posujemo z malo moke in testo zvrnemo vanj. Pečemo pri zmerni temperaturi vsaj eno uro. Ko je kruh pečen, ga zavijemo v prt in počakamo, da se počasi ohlaja.

KONOPLJIN SHAKE

Potrebujemo:

  • 100 g konopljinih semen
  • 1 banana
  • konopljin protein

Konopljina semena, ki smo jih čez noč namočili v vodi, zmiksamo - tako dobimo konopljino mleko. Dodamo mu še banano in konopljin protein. 
Če želimo, da bo naš napitek bolj podoben penastemu shake-u, zraven zmiksamo še led. 
Po okusu lahko dodajamo še drugo sadje (npr. maline, borovnice, brusnice) ali pa kokosovo moko, mandlje itd. 

NAPITEK IZ KIVIJA

Potrebujemo:

  • 3-5 jedilnih žlic neoluščenih konopljinih semen
  • 2 kivija
  • pol majhne banane
  • 1/4 male žličke vanilijevega sladkorja
  • 1,5 dcl vode

Konopljina semena najprej zmeljemo, nato pa vse sestavine zmešamo v mešalniku. 
Postrežemo ohlajeno.

ENERGIJSKI ZAJTRK

Potrebujemo: 

  • 2 jedilni žlici zmletih neoluščenih konopljinih semen Hannah biz
  • 2 jedilni žlici ovsenih kosmičev
  • konopljino mleko
  • pol banane
  • pol jabolka
  • mala žlička medu ali javorjevega sirupa
  • pol male žličke cimeta

V posodici združimo že prej namočene ovsene kosmiče, zmleta neoluščena konopljina semena, spasirano banano, na male koščke narezano jabolko ter žličko medu ali javorjevega sirupa. Po okusu lahko dodamo še kakšno drugo sadje ali več sladila! Prelijemo z mlekom in potresemo s cimetom. 

! Nasvet: Namesto ovsenih kosmičev in mleka lahko kot osnovo uporabimo gres (pšenični zdrob).

KONOPLJIN SLADOLED

Potrebujemo:

  • 120 g oluščenih konopljinih semen
  • 400 ml vode
  • 1 jušna žlica agavinega sirupa ali medu
  • 1 zrela banana (ali drugo sadje po želji)

Vse skupaj zmešamo na visoki hitrosti v električnem mešalniku, dokler ni gosto in kremasto. Z zmesjo napolnimo lončke in jih postavimo v zmrzovalnik vsaj za 5 ur.

KOKOSOVA KREMA

Potrebujemo:

  • 3 jedilne žlice neoluščenih konopljinih semen Hannah Biz
  • 2 jedilni žlici kokosove kreme
  • 1 jedilna žlica kokosove moke
  • 1 banana
  • ščepec cimeta
  • 2 dcl vode

Konopljina semena najprej zmeljemo v mlinčku, lahko pa kar vse sestavine skupaj zmešamo v mešalniku za sadje. Mešamo toliko časa, dokler ne dobimo penaste kreme. Če želimo bolj tekoč napitek, po občutku dodamo vodo. Prelijemo v kozarec in po vrhu potresemo s cimetom.
